The Patriot Act makes me so proud to be an American, where at least I know I'm...um, free?
Actually I headr a story the other day that a Federal Appeals court had delcared most of the Patiot Act unconstitutional and that it will go before the sumpreme court sometime next year.
Yup, a couple of key pieces have been ruled unconstitutional. A google news search turns up some good stuff...
