I still like the blog.

Whoah, where'd that week go. I've really got to keep up with this more. It's interesting to go back and read over my old entries. It's like some other person wrote them. The online crew really seems to be into facebook for the moment, even the Rev. got into it. I read an article the other day, from wired, that talked about how "blogging" was dead and that is for professionals now. All us normal folks just use myspace or facebook or some such thing to do our internet writing stuff. I do have to have to admit, more people see and comment on my blog entries when I cross post them to facebook, which is mercifully easy. I do still like the blog though, it gives me somewhere to store all my digital "stuff" and I have complete control over it. Besides, who on facebook really wants to see all my ramblings about D&D campaigns or new combat rules for Dark Heresy

The wife and I spent Thanksgiving in Florida with her family, which was nice. We got to spend time with the niece and nephew who we don't get too see all that much. 3 weeks from today, we head home for Christmas, sheesh...

I should do the same thing. I am wanting to post more gaming related stories/articles/rants etc... a blog would be good for that.

I have web space... installing wordpress isn't that hard

Reading

I just finshed Codelia's Honor by Lois McMaster Bujold which is the first book of the Vorkosigan Saga.
Very good book, but the Sci-Fi bits are really secondary to the story.

Right now I'm reading The Lost Fleet Series by John Hemry/Jack Campbell It's sorta Honor Harrington but not really, though Honor Harrington even goes downhill in the later novels.
